Bordeaux Long Term Care has a long tradition of providing quality healthcare to the residents of Davidson County and the mid-state area. We focus on delivering skilled, intermediate, rehabilitative, palliative and general inpatient hospice care.

BLTC has board certified internists and family practitioners who serve as attending physicians as well as nurse practitioners who provide prompt, clinical care. We also provide convenient, on-site behavioral health, dental and specialty clinic services for our residents.

In our continuing commitment to provide quality care, we have embraced the Eden Alternative, which incorporates pets, children, plants, laughter and spontaneity into daily activities. We are proud to be one of only five registered Eden facilities in Tennessee.
